SVG to PDF

Turn SVG logos, icons, diagrams and charts into a PDF that stays sharp at any zoom, one page per file. The tool checks each result and switches to a high-resolution picture when vectors would not match. Nothing is uploaded.

How do I convert SVG to PDF?

Press Choose SVG files and pick one or more drawings. Put them in order, choose the page size, and leave the mode on Automatic. Press Convert to PDF, then Download. The result line says how many pages came out as vectors and how many as pictures.

  1. Press Choose SVG files.
  2. Drag them into order if you picked several.
  3. Pick a Page size and leave Automatic selected.
  4. Press Convert to PDF, then Download.

Will the PDF stay vector?

Usually. Shapes, paths, colors and simple text are drawn as real vectors. Some SVG features, such as gradients, filters, rounded rectangle corners and some curve syntax, are not drawn correctly by the vector drawer. Instead of handing you a broken page, the tool spots the difference and uses a sharp picture for that file.

Can I print an SVG?

Browsers print SVG files, but scaling and margins are hard to control, and a PDF keeps the size exact for printing. Converting first gives a page of a known size: pick Fit on A4 or Fit on US Letter for printing at home, or Same as the SVG to keep the drawing's own size for a print shop.

Is it safe to open SVG files?

SVG files can contain scripts. This tool removes scripts and embedded web content before drawing, and the conversion runs in your own browser, so nothing in the file can reach a server or your other tabs. The PDF made from it contains no scripts.

Limits and fixes

  • Fonts: text drawn as vectors uses a standard font; pages where that changes the look become pictures.
  • Linked images on other websites are not loaded; images embedded in the SVG work.
  • Animations are not supported; the first frame is drawn.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes, with no sign-up and no limit on files.

Are my files uploaded?

No. SVG files are read and converted in your browser.

Can I combine several SVGs into one PDF?

Yes. Add them all; each becomes a page in the order shown.

Why did my file become a picture?

The vector drawing differed from your browser’s drawing, so the tool used a 300 DPI picture to match what you see.

Can I force vectors?

Yes. Choose Always vectors; some effects may then be missing.
