About Desksera

Desksera is a set of free PDF tools that work inside your web browser. The idea is simple: changing a PDF should not mean sending a private file to someone else's server, signing up for an account, or hitting a daily limit.

Who builds it

Khokhar Sab is a web developer in Kashmir who builds and tests every tool on this site. Each tool runs inside your browser with open-source PDF libraries, and every page lists the test files and limits behind its claims. You can read more on the author page.

How tools are tested

Every tool is checked against a set of test files before it goes live: text PDFs, scans, photo-heavy files, forms and large files. Each tool page shows what was tested, the results, and the limits found. The testing and corrections policy explains the process and how to report a mistake.

How the site is funded

The tools stay free. The plan is to cover hosting with a small number of ads, placed away from the tools and their buttons. No feature will ever be locked behind a payment.
